Gideon got it wrong

Nothing ever begins with just one word
only music inspires true movement -
the skies sang of their loneliness
oceans hearing the melody
playing cymbals that
crashed the shores
spurring winds
to whisk
across
a newborn dawn
that had not yet met
a warming, unfamiliar sun
that longed to quicken the pace
of all that patiently glistened below
craving more partners to join the dance
while tidal music began to gradually swell -
creating the living harmony of the universal hum.
